Provides management and direction for the development of policies, procedures, skills sets, and metrics to ensure that they are aligned with business requirements and objectives of a project office. This position supports the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Capability Instrumentation System (JPMRC-IS) program under the Army TADSS Maintenance Program (ATMP) at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. JPMRC-IS operations support the Army s USARPAC mission:
to provide realistic joint and combined arms training focused on developing soldiers, leaders, and units of the United States military for success on the 21st century battlefield. This experience includes capabilities of many of the world's best systems integration and engineering in the technical integration of live, virtual and constructive (LVC) training support.
Responsibilities:
Plans, directs, supervises, and controls all business, technical, fiscal, administrative, and marketing and business development functions of the office. Plans and defines strategic and financial goals, determines the resources required to achieve them, and directs the effort to acquire and retain those resources. Participates in the development of marketing strategies and in the preparation and review of major proposals and lump sum bids. Monitors all financial information and reports. At end of each period, reviews the financial performance of each project, the overhead performance reports, and the accounts receivable aging report to ensure accuracy and follow-up as needed. Establishes annual salary increase budget within the constraints of corporate policy; approves all salary actions; monitors actual increases against budgeted increase throughout the year; approves all hiring and terminations; reviews and signs off on all annual performance reviews. Ensures that corporate Human Resources policies and procedures are followed. Makes bid/no bid decision on major procurement activities and on all firm fixed price contracts. Participates in the preparation and/or review of all major proposals and bids; reviews and approves pricing; functions as the Principal-In-Charge on all major project proposals. Negotiates and signs all teaming agreements; signs all contracts and other documents binding the company. Prepares annual operating and capital budget requests and projections for review by the regional Operations Manager and corporate financial managers. Prepares and presents papers at relevant technical meetings and seminars. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. Plays a role in overall functional strategic planning Requires travel to other military installations and other ATMP locations throughout CONUS and OCONUS Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. EDUCATION/
Experience:
o Bachelors degree from an accredited institution o At least 10 years of supervisory experience o Experience with JPMRC-IS is preferred. At least 4 years of experience with conventional simulcast systems is preferred. o Experience in operations and training at Brigade or higher level SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
o Full understanding of Mission Command Training Support Program (MCSTP) o Full understanding and experience with Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Capability (JPMRC) - Instrumentation System (IS) o Familiar with large training events and how to use the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) to support customer training requirements o Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills are required o Position requires close customer contact and the ability to work independently and creatively o Successful candidates must exhibit the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues and senior government officials as well as Parsons senior leadership o Must be proficient in the following Microsoft applications:
Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook o Must possess Secret clearance o Must be able to obtain/mainti9na a valid driver's license an Post driving privileges. o Able to obtain a US Passport Must demonstrate proficiency in management and client relations skills. Must be capable of conducting focused briefings to all levels of management. Must also demonstrate the ability to effectively solve complex problems and exercise excellent judgment regarding engaging senior management involvement in significant issues. In addition, must possess the ability to effectively represent the organization during the leader's absence and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance. Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Operations ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
