Summary:
We at L&L Hawaiian Barbecue located near the Honolulu Airport is looking for a friendly and motivated Cook to join our team and prepare authentic Hawaiian dishes.
The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food as well as assist with regular kitchen duties.
We offer excellent pay from $16 $18 per hour with bonues, full medical coverage, and other benefits.
Responsibilities:
Preparing meals according to recipes and established standards of quality Ensuring timely and accurate service of meals Preparing ingredients prior to cooking, such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding vegetables Operate standard kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers Assemble food orders in accordance with recipes and standards Practice appropriate food storage and rotation techniques Cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas Other duties as requiredRequirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in a fast pace environment Basic knowledge of food and nutrition Strong knowledge of sanitation and food safety regulations Previous cooking experience an asset Team player, with the ability to work in a team-oriented kitchen setting Good organizational skills, with the ability to multi-taskPI227189176 Recommended Skills Assembly And Installation Cooking Coordinating Food Safety Foods Friendliness Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
