The selected candidate will be responsible for receiving and transmitting pure and reliable messages, tracking vehicles and equipment, and recording other important information related to the assignment of vehicles and drivers for conveyance of missions or passengers. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and answer multiple phone calls. Maintain File of Equipment. This could include calling customers concerning estimates for overhauls, prices for new equipment, and completion of services. Perform clerical functions, as necessary, such as assisting with tracking of consignment, assisting walk-in customers, handling phone calls for supervisor, etc. Train or cross trains other employees as requested. Follow up on to verify customers support and missions. Applicant must be able to hear with sufficient clarity so as to effectively communicate with co-workers and the general public, both in person and over the phone. coordinating deliver, pickup and drop off schedules, ensuring drivers have the required credentials issuing keys, dispatch books and record sheets; ensuring user-drivers are aware of their daily missions submitting Operator Reports of Vehicle Accidents; processing all user-driver requests and reports in timely manner based on mission essential needs. May also maintain record of mileage, fuel used, equipment at operational standard, and other expenses. Additional duties may be assigned to support contract requirements in a job related area such as environmental, licenses and testing safety, or security.
Work is typically performed in well-ventilated and lighted areas with some lifting and moving of materials. Heavy Work- Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. This position requires standing, walking, and sitting while working either indoors or outdoors. While performing the job, will be required to lift/carry, pull/push, reach, squat, and kneel.
This position is located in Hawaii. There is no relocation assistance available for this position. Local applicants only.

Required Skills and Education
High School diploma/GED
Great customer service experience
Detail oriented and well organized
Ability to multi-task and quickly learn new skills

Familiarity with DOT regulations
Competency on Excel spreadsheets to compile necessary reports
Preferred Skills and Education
At least two (2) years administrative experience
Proficiency in MS Office software applications
