Ability to do the work of a(n) Painter without more than normal supervision:
preparing surfaces by methods such as sanding and wire brushing; applying various coating materials (e.g. paints, varnishes and shellac) with brushes, rollers, spray guns and other related methods and techniques and see that coating finish meets surface protection requirements. I can use coating materials that are specified in work orders or by oral instructions, and stir, thin and mix them according to specific instructions; check surfaces after coating to ensure there are no skips and touch up work as needed. - Failure to meet this Screen out Element will result in an ineligible rating. Employee works in shops and at job sites. Strenuous physical exertion is often required. Employee may lift and move materials up to 40-70 pounds, unassisted, and occasionally lifts or moves heavier items with the assistance of lifting devices or other workers. Employee is required to stand, stoop, bend, kneel, climbing on ladders, and work in tiring and uncomfortable positions and where parts of the system are in hard-to-reach places. Work is frequently done from ladders, scaffolding and platforms. WORKING CONDITIONS:
Works inside and outside. Dirt, spray, and fumes are usually present. May be required to prepare and coat surfaces outside in bad weather. Required wearing protective equipment and clothing that are sometimes heavy and uncomfortable. Work at job sites exposes employee to weather conditions and the hazards of working on and around scaffolds and ladders. Employee is subject to cuts, bruises and contusions. May be required to work in confined areas such as crawl spaces and attics, which may be dusty and dirty. Protective devices such as but not limited to ear plugs, safety glasses, respirators, gloves, hard hat and safety shoes is required. Steel toe shoes, hard hats and safety glasses, are required at all times. Long trousers or coveralls and shirt or tee shirt with sleeves are worn. Responds to emergency calls after regular working hours.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
